Lifetime Limited Manufactory Warranty. 1-year Installation Warranty.
DeShong Construction LLC, doing business as Sawyer + The Grove,
warrants its cabinetry to be free of defects in materials or workmanship
for as long as they are owned by you, the original purchaser for residential applications only.
All warranties, if they exist on merchandise, are from the manufacturer unless it is the Sawyer + The Grove custom furniture and cabinet line. See below for SATG custom line warranties. Only the manufacturer, and not Sawyer + The Grove, shall be liable for performance under such warranty.
Warranties apply to furniture that is subject to normal use in the home and not to defects that are a result of negligence, misuse, accidents, or pet damage. Manufacturers of upholstery fabrics do not warrant for wearability, pilling, or colorfastness. Warranty is not valid if the furniture is used in a commercial, industrial, or institutional setting.

The SATG warranty for install service is for 2 years. Install service includes the initial cabinet install, up to 2 completion visits, and 2 complimentary 2-hour service calls within the first two years of cabinet ownership. Complimentary service calls include touching up and/or adjusting your cabinetry. They do not include additional materials or time beyond 2 hours. Additional time and materials will be billed at the current market rate. It is the client's responsibility to keep the original touch-up kit. SATG may charge for an additional touch-up kit if one is needed. For service beyond 2 years after installation, SATG will charge based on the current market rate for time and materials. This includes touch-ups and adjustments, repairing, replacing, refinishing, modifying, installing, or other carpentry services. This warranty is not transferable.
