Product Warranty

Sawyer + The Grove guarantees the quality of our workmanship and materials, ensuring they are free from defects. Our manufacturer's warranty offers a limited lifetime guarantee. However, this warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, alterations, negligence, misuse, improper humidity levels, incorrect installation, improper storage, or mishandling.

Warranties for raw materials, woods, and hardware provided by third-party suppliers will transfer to the customer upon final payment.

Installation Warranty

For installations completed by Sawyer + The Grove, we offer a One-year guarantee from the date of final payment.

Warranty Limitations

Sawyer + The Grove limits all warranties to those explicitly stated in this agreement and disclaims any implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Warranty claims are limited to the repair or replacement of defective products and do not cover labor for removal or reinstallation. Sawyer + The Grove is not liable for any indirect, punitive, or consequential damages.

This warranty does not cover natural wood characteristics, such as grain variations, color differences, or natural expansion and contraction. Environmental factors like sunlight, smoke, moisture, and household cleaners may cause materials to vary from their original color or lead to warping, splitting, or cracking. These natural changes in the material are not covered under the Lifetime Limited Warranty.

This warranty does not cover products or parts purchased without a finish or with a 10-15% sheen.

Filing a Warranty Claim

For warranty claims on cabinets, countertops, or Murphy beds, please contact our Customer Care Team, customersupport@sawyerandthegrove.com. Be sure to provide your order number and a detailed description of the issue, along with supporting photos. Sawyer + The Grove will assess the claim and, at our discretion, choose to either repair or replace the defective cabinets or accessories.
